As the Director of Grounded HR, I’ve spent my career working with Australian business owners who are deeply passionate about their craft but feel completely out of their depth when it comes to HR.

With a Bachelor of Business (HR and IR), registration with the Australian Human Resources Institute, and over a decade of experience across industries (trades, construction, retail, health, creative arts, and beyond).
