$350 + GST

In our 1:1 HR Strategy session, I offer personalised guidance and support at any point in your business journey. 

We will delve into your business's unique challenges and opportunities, exploring various HR aspects such as employee engagement, talent management, and compliance.

Together, we'll develop practical strategies aligned with your goals and values, providing you with a clear roadmap for success.

Before the session, you will answer a questionnaire and provide details of your challenges so that we are prepped and can provide you the most value on the call.

We then get together for an hour of power where we answer all your questions and develop strategies for your problems.

After the session, you will be provided with actionable steps to enhance your HR practices and foster a positive work environment. We are dedicated to your success and offer ongoing support beyond our session.

Contract Templates and Reviews

$395 + GST [per contract]

In the creation and review of Employment Contract Templates, we bring to you practical feedback and provide your business with legally compliant and customised contracts built from a lawyer-written contract template.

Working closely with you, we'll ensure that the templates address your specific needs, industry and award requirements, and provide you clarity and protection. Further, we ensure that your contracts are on brand and reflect the feel of your business. 

Already have templates . . . we offer a comprehensive review of your existing employment contracts to identify any gaps or inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with current laws. With my guidance and ongoing support, you can have confidence in the accuracy and fairness of your contracts, creating a solid foundation for effective employee management.

$500 + GST

Our HR Assessment service offers a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of your current HR practices.

Through the process we will conduct a thorough examination of your HR function, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with employment laws, and overall HR strategy.

By conducting this deep dive into your business practices, we will gain a comprehensive understanding of your HR landscape.

You will be provided with a report on our findings and based on these we will recommend improvements and strategies to take actionable steps that align with your goals and values. The aim will always be to foster growth and optimise your HR function.

With the HR Assessment service, you will gain valuable insights and clarity regarding your HR practices.
